Joy Wayne, founder of Palm Beach Introduction, is a renowned professional matchmaker with over 18 years of experience in elite matchmaking and high-end personal placement. Throughout her career, Joy has established herself as a highly regarded professional in the art of connecting compatible individuals.

Her career began with the creation of Nannies Plus, a national childcare placement agency that referred live-in American childcare providers with families across the country.

As her business flourished, Joy would meet couples and single parents in their quest for quality childcare. While leading her agency, Joy’s natural talent as a matchmaker began to emerge. Motivated by a genuine desire to enhance the lives of her clients, she began introducing a widower to a divorcee, a single parent with a toddler to a single parent with toddlers, etc. Her clients were grateful for the introductions and many of these introductions resulted in long-term relationships and marriages. Encouraged by the success of these informal matches, Joy launched Options, a matchmaking division within Nannies Plus, transforming a personal passion into a dedicated matchmaking service.

Under Joy’s skillful leadership, her agency became the largest American childcare service in the country. She successfully sold her company after 17 years.
